7 Yoga poses for everyone
Hey guys here's some poses for you to do to try sorry for most to all of them is the same as last time but here you go:
Pose type: Standing
What you need to do with this pose is that you go to hand to hand with yoga and also just because everyone heard of this technique doesn’t mean that it’s easy to do.
2. Mountain pose:
Pose type: Standing
Mountain pose may not be as famous as most other poses like downward facing dog for example, But it is still as equally important as the rest of them.
3.warrior 1:
Pose type: standing
There’s 3 type's of warrior poses, but since this is obviously the first one,we’ll be talking about this one first. The critical thing to remember about this pose is that the hips are facing forward and to think that your hips point as headlights.
4. Warrior 2:
Pose type: standing
This pose is quite opposite from the first warrior pose. With this pose, you will have your hips facing the side of your mat. Your hips and shoulders will be open to the side when switching positions from warrior 1 to warrior 2.
5. Reverse warrior:
Pose type: standing
This pose is different from the other two poses because it’s reverse but only thing is that this pose and warrior 1 has similar stances. They incorporate a slight heart-opening side bend and/or backbend.
6. Tree pose:
Pose type: standing/balancing
Tree pose is an excellent way of introduction to balancing your postures. If you ever feel like you’re beginning to topple at any moment, you can always easily step out of it.
And lastly on the final pose of the day
7. Cat-Cow Stretch:Pose type:Backbend
With this type of pose is that it’s the best of both worlds because, there’s spinal extension followed by spinal flexion. With this exercise you’ll be moving back and forth which awakens and warms the back.
