The history of yoga reveals that  the origin of it's nature came from ancient India. That's where it's initially have the spiritual practice was focused on with meditation and mindfulness. 

Now, overtime yoga has evolved into a diverse discipline with multiple and numerous styles. With each styles it is unique and has it's benefits also has it's approaches in most ways.


2. Preparing for your yoga journey 

Before you begin practicing for yoga, It's essential that you set a realistic goal and expectations. You need to start by assessing your current fitness level, physical limitations, and personal inrerests. By doing so, You'll need to be better equipped by choosing a yoga style and a routine that best suits your needs at all times.

You also need to find a nice dedicated place that is also quiet for you to focus with your technique practice. This dedicated spot could be in a corner of your living room, or a spare room in your home. It's essential and helpful to get or jave all the essential props and accessoriies such as blocks and straps to  enhance your practice and proper enlignment.


3. The building blocks of a yoga practice 

Breathing is one of the central roles that plays into yoga and is serving as the life force that connects the mind and body. 

Incorporating the practices in your routine will help enhance your overall experience and have a fosterand deeper connection with your inner self as a person.



4. Finding a right yoga class for you

It is important that you know to which yoga studios and/or online platforms to choose from that is available for you. Finding the right one for you and your needs can be challenging, But there's always research and different options that is helpful in so many ways. There's also reviews that you can look   into for you to consider on how well the platforms and studios  are. When finding the perfect solution you can always count on your friends and family to help you out as well for some recommendations.


It's not just the platforms on the internet and studios you need to worry about. You need to evaluate the instructors and consider their expriences, credentials, and their teaching methods in classes before choosing the right one for you to join.
