10 Tips in yoga you need to know

 Tip #1: Find a qualifying teacher who is experienced on what they are doing. Also they need to have a great deal of insight and guidance for the class.


Tip #2 :  there are some poses that you need to learn ahead of time for you know for yoga. 

Many asanas and poses are going to be and will be tricky and also can be a bit complicated at first for new comers who just joined yoga and people has experience for yoga for awhile but it will be easier as the time goes by.


Tip #3: wear comfortable clothing 

Finding the right clothes for yoga is key, Because you need to find a supportive top and yoga pants that is breathable to workout in and won't get in the way when doing some stretches.


Tip #4: Use a clean non-slip mat 

In yoga you would need a nice clean non-slip mat so that when you workout it allows you do your routines without having to worry about slipping and causing any problems when trying to working out.


Tip #5: Modify your body and needs

When trying certain poses it can be difficult at the beginning but  accomplishing every poses will get easier once you get a hang of it, It just takes time and practice for you accomplish that goal.


Tip #6: Begin where you are at in yoga 

Yoga is a journey where you can transform and can lead yourself into a new path in life and have a goal for you to take to release  stress and have better health not just health but mental health as well and also find your inner peace as well as taking a mind off of things.


Tip #7: Avoid making comparisons 

Since yoga is meant to be  your new journey into your life, you need to try not to compare other peoples progress or how they are trying things their way, Because what motivates you works for you and what motivates others works for them.


Tip #8: Go slow 

With each pose you learn and whatever class you are in, You should consider going slow with yourself because it's one thing you could just learned a new pose but you shouldn't be in no rush to get it done. Yoga is supposed to be purposeful, mindful, and fluid. You can continue by making a sustainable progress as you're practicing the techniques from class or online.


Tip #9: Focusing on your foundation 

Much like the foundation of a building, Your hands and feet finds foundation of your body. It depends on your body because your body depends on being strong and steady foundation, And because of these two things it is important when it comes to yoga.


Tip #10: Stay hydrated 

Hydration is very crucial, regardless of any form of any excercise that you've chosen to take part of. However, it is not recommended for you to drink during yoga, But you can drink in between breaks like before class, during break time, and after class etc. You just can't stop and have a drink of water during class it has to wait when you are finished with yoga time.
