4 Yoga stretches you should know on the daily

Here's 4 Yoga stretches you should know when it comes to do some yoga exercises.        So,here are the 4 very good yoga stretches for you to tryout first to start.

1. Child's pose: 
Now, with the child's pose it is good for lats, hips, thighs, and ankles. How's it is starting by sitting with toes together and knees wide, and lastly butt resting on your heels.

Ok, so this 2nd stretch is called  thread the needle.

2. Thread the needle:
Thread the needle is good for the shoulders, chest, arms, upper back, and neck.
   What you need to learn how to is that you need to on this one: 
1. Start with being on all fours
2. Lift right arm towards the ceiling while rotating torso to the right side.
And 
3. Reverse movement and continue rotating upper body and extended right arm through the center.

3. Cobra 
With this one it is called the cobra
Cobra is known to be good for your chest, abs,and hip flexors.
 For this one you need to learn how cobra works.

1. Start by lying on your stomach with legs extended straight behind your body, arms bent and palms flat on the floor by the ribs.
2.  Push through palms to raise your upper body higher, but stop if your lower back starts to hurt.
3. Try holding on the stretch for as long as 30 seconds or more

And finally for the fourth stretch that you need to know for now is

4. Upward facing dog

This yoga pose is good for quads, hip flexors, ankles,abs, and chest.

What you need to learn about how upward facing dog works.

1. You need to start lying on your stomach with legs extended straight behind your body, arms bent and palms flat on the floor by your ribs.

2. Push through palms to extend arms to straight, lifting torso up to looking straight forward.

And 

3. Hold onto the stretch for as long as 30 seconds and/or longer.
