6 Basic yoga exercises for you
1. Create a comfortable spot:
There's no perfect spot for anyone but it's important to find and create a spot that is free from clutter and stuff for you to practice some exercises. It's important that you have a distraction free zone/space because you need some peace and quiet when doing some yoga to relieve some stress and free up your mental state.
2. Find an empty wall:
As a beginner and/or maybe an experienced yoga practicer, you need to find an empty wall to better assist you with your balance for certain stretches.
3. Lightsome candles:
You may find that lighting some lit candles and/or incenses with your workout concentration can help you on being comfortable but this can be completely optional and your own prefrence on working out. Some would workout with both candles and incenses and some prefer one over the other but you get to decide to choose both or one over the other or none at all.
4. Focus on breathing:
Before starting on yoga, you would need to relax your body and mind by taking some deeo breaths, it will help with the nerves in the process.
5.Rest:
Even though you're looking to build strength and flexibilty by doing yoga on the daily basis. It is recommended that you atleast rest one day per week if possible.
And finally,
6. Invest in a yoga mat:
It is important that if you are going to invest yourself into yoga, it is key that you get yourself a yoga mat to help make any room/environment that is alot more comfortable for you. Not only that but using better to use a comfortable yoga mat to use than working on a hard solid ground/floor.
